Post breakfast, embark on a city tour of Kandy, which includes a visit to the Kandy Temple. Following this, continue your journey to Nuwara Eliya. Along the way, you'll stop at the Bhaktha Hanuman Temple, dedicated to Hanuman, with a towering granite statue. The area of Ramboda, is traditionally believed to be where Rama gathered his troops, and here you'll also visit the scenic Ramboda waterfall. Continue your journey and transfer to hotel.

Post breakfast, proceed to Gayathri Peedam, the foremost temple dedicated to Gayathri Amman in Sri Lanka. Legend has it that this was where King Ravana's son Meghanath performed intense penance to Lord Shiva, receiving supernatural powers in return.
Next, is Diurumpola Temple, known as the place where Seetha Devi underwent the "Agni Pariksha" to prove her purity. The Sinhalese name "Divurumpola" translates to "the place of oath," where local legal traditions recognize oaths made to settle disputes.
Proceeding to Seetha Eliya, here visit the Seetha Amman Temple, a unique shrine dedicated to Seeta, where she is believed to have spent much of her captivity according to the Ramayana. The temple also showcases footprints believed to belong to the monkey god Hanuman. Now proceed to Ashok Vatika, a garden in Seeta Eliya where Seeta is said to have stayed after rejecting Ravana's lavish palace. This site includes a rock where Seeta is believed to have meditated during her captivity. Now transfer back to hotel.

Post breakfast, you will be driven to Ella, where you can visit the Rawana Waterfalls and Rawana Cave. Near the village of Udunuwara in Ella, the legendary Rawana Waterfall, which dates back to the Ramayana era, awaits. This stunning waterfall is situated right beside the Ella-Yala road and stands 25 meters tall. It's particularly magnificent during the rainy season. Legend has it that King Ravana abducted Princess Sita and concealed her in a cave located behind this waterfall.. Rawana Cave is believed to be one of the several hiding places King Ravana used for Princess Sita after abducting her. Now proceed to Kataragama. In the evening, visit the Kataragama Temple, dedicated to God Kataragama. God Kataragama also has a connection to the Ramayana legend. Lord Indra ordered God Skandha to join the final battle to protect Lord Rama from King Ravana's powerful wrath.

Post breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Ussangoda. As per the Ramayana legend, this is the place where King Ravana constructed his airport and where his enormous peacock-shaped aircraft landed. Now next to proceed Rumassala. According to the Ramayana, Rumassala is a piece of the Himalayan Mountains brought by Hanuman to find medicine for Lakshman, who was injured in battle with Ravana. The hill offers a stunning view of the southern coast of Galle. The Rumassala forest is home to various mammals, birds, insects, and reptiles.
