Upon arrival at Chennai International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and provide a brief introduction to your Tamil Nadu tour from Malaysia. You will also meet your designated driver, who will accompany you throughout your journey. After a short orientation, proceed to your hotel for check-in.
Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu, is a vibrant city situated on the southeastern coast of India. Formerly known as Madras, it is rich in history and culture. Depending on your arrival time, you may embark on a city tour, visiting key landmarks such as Fort St. George & Museum, the sacred Kapaleeshwarar Temple, and the iconic Santhome Basilica. Later, immerse yourself in the local markets, sampling authentic cuisine or indulging in some shopping. Transfer back to hotel.

Post breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Kanchipuram, an ancient city in Tamil Nadu, located approximately 78 km away (around 1.5 hours by road). Known as the "City of a Thousand Temples," Kanchipuram is home to several significant Hindu temples, including the Ekambareswarar Temple, Kamakshi Amman Temple, and VaradharajaPerumal Temple. This city is also famous for its rich tradition of silk weaving and is renowned for producing exquisite Kanchipuram silk sarees.
Afternoon proceed to Mahabalipuram (1.5 hours approx..). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.
Mahabalipuram, also known as Mamallapuram, is celebrated for its breathtaking temples and monuments, built by the Pallava dynasty in the 7th and 8th centuries. This coastal town in Tamil Nadu is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, showcasing remarkable rock-cut architecture and historical landmarks.

Post breakfast, complete the check-out process and set out to explore the charming town of Mahabalipuram. Discover its iconic landmarks, including the Shore Temple, Five Rathas, Arjuna’s Penance, Krishna’s Butter Ball, and Varaha Cave Temple. You can also browse the local markets for handicrafts and souvenirs, as Mahabalipuram is renowned for its exquisite stone sculptures, traditional artwork, and handcrafted treasures. Now proceed to Pondicherry by drive (2hrs. approx..). On arrival transfer to hotel for check in.

After check-out, embark on a peaceful and soulful journey as you explore the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, a haven for spirituality and meditation. Later, visit the Matrimandir in Auroville, a visionary township dedicated to unity and spiritual growth. Now proceed to Trichy (4hrs. approx.), enroute visit Thanjavur (Tanjore), is a prominent hub of South Indian religion, art, and architecture. It holds great significance as a pilgrimage site and a major tourist destination in the region. The city is home to several remarkable temples, including the 11th-century Brihadeeswarar Temple, an architectural marvel from the Chola dynasty, renowned for its grand structure and exquisite frescoes. Other must-visit attractions include the Brihadeeswarar Temple and Fort, as well as the Thanjavur Palace and Museum, which offer a glimpse into the city's rich historical and cultural heritage.
Now proceed further to Trichy, transfer to hotel for check in.

Post breakfast check out from hotel and explore top attractions like the Grand Anicut (Kallanai Dam), a 300-meter-long ancient stone dam, renowned for its historical significance and picturesque setting, making it an ideal spot for family outings. Be sure to visit the Ranganathaswamy Temple, Rockfort Temple, and Jambukeshwara Temple, each offering a distinctive blend of cultural heritage and spiritual significance. You can shop now for traditional silk sarees, handicrafts and souvenirs. Now transfer to airport to board the flight back to Malaysia.
